Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- All aspects of daily opening and closing of administrative offices.
- Able to pivot from one job to another. (indoors/outdoors)
- Operate Micros cash register.
- Ability to count money and give correct change.
- Thoroughly knowledgeable on the Lost & Found Policy and Procedures.
- Complete reports and documentation in accordance with university and department policies.
- Assist in administrative office, information center, games area, and other duties as assigned.
Scheduled Hours
Those selected for this position will be assigned shifts during the following times:
- Monday-Friday: 8:15am to 4:45pm
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled WVU student in good academic standing. (required)
- Exceptional customer service skills (required)
- Exceptional telephone etiquette. (required)
- Cash handling (required).
- Operate cash register (required)
- Organization skills
- Must be able to pass WVU’s Handling Training prior to being able to start working. (required)
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs.
