Terry Wassell

Terry serves as the Post Office Supervisor at the Mountainlair Student Union. In his role, Terry oversees the overall operations of the post office. Terry’s experience in working with the public makes him a great fit for helping students and staff and providing excellent customer service. 

Terry was in a local Boy Scout troop in Morgantown where he developed leadership skills and helped with several community projects in the late 90’s and early 2000’s. Terry graduated from University High School in Morgantown in 2003, and he studied at West Virginia University as a student in the mid-2000’s. Terry has over twenty years of customer service experience in working with the public. Terry has worked with the local community in Morgantown through previous jobs to help better the community. He transferred to the Mountainlair when the Westover Post Office closed. 

Outside of work, Terry loves spending time with his friends and family. He looks forward to meeting new people from different backgrounds and is always interested in learning more about people. Terry loves dogs and has a Corgi of his own. He loves taking his Corgi, Budey, on walks. Terry loves trying new foods and exploring new places to eat, especially supporting local businesses. With family from Pittsburgh, Terry is a lifelong fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers. Finally, Terry loves watching movies. When pressed on his favorite film, he would answer “Aliens."
