Rochelle Everett

Rochelle serves as the Information Center Coordinator at the Mountainlair Student Union. In her role, Rochelle oversees the day-to-day operations of the information center and is very passionate about customer service. In addition to her responsibilities at the Information Center, Rochelle has assisted with many programs and events at the Mountainlair including WVUp All Night, Dancing With our Mountaineer Stars, Mountaineer Week, FallFest, and special occasions events.

Rochelle completed Administrative Office Training at H.R.D.F. Training School in Morgantown, WV, and she attended West Virginia University. Rochelle began her career at West Virginia University working in J.A.C.S. (Just Another Convenience Store) in 1991 before transitioning to her current role as the Information Center Program Assistant. Rochelle enjoys helping people. She goes above and beyond to offer her knowledge in customer service to help people seeking assistance at the Information Center. Rochelle also enjoys working with student employees at the Information Center. She hopes their experience working in customer service will be helpful to them in future employment. 

Outside of work, Rochelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, designing jewelry, and refinishing antique furniture.
