Gwen Perrott

Gwen serves as the Administrative Secretary at the Mountainlair Student Union. In her role, Gwen serves as the face of the administrative offices, greeting visitors and answering phone calls.

Gwen moved to Morgantown in 1986 from Vermont with her husband and one young daughter. The plan was to stay for two years. Two kids and decades later, she is still here. Gwen began working for WVU in 2007, working at Pierpont Hall and WVU Conferences Services before moving to the Mountainlair as the administrative secretary in 2015. Gwen believes that you can travel the world through conversation and enjoys conversing with those visiting the office. Gwen believes that everybody has a story, and WVU’s students, employees, and families have so many to share.

Outside of work, and when not reading or conversing, Gwen is a nature nerd.
