Dax O'Hair

Dax serves as the Night Operations Coordinator at the Mountainlair Student Union. In his role, Dax oversees Mountainlair operations after business hours and overseeing operations of a Mountainlair favorite, WVUp All Night.

Dax graduated from Baylor University in 2023 with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science with a minor in History. Dax was born and raised in Texas and has recently moved to Morgantown in May of 2024. At Baylor University, Dax played the sport of Roundnet, also known as “Spikeball,” where he became a 2022 College National Champion. During Dax’s time in university, and a few years after, he worked as a poker dealer for multiple businesses throughout Texas and Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, Dax enjoys spending time with his wife Taylor, who is a medical student at WVU. Dax also enjoys playing pickleball, fishing, and walking his dog.
