Can you give me directions to ?..?
The Information Desk staff can assist you, to the best of their knowledge, with directions to local areas as well as interstate exits. They will do their best to help you find where you need to go.
Where can I pay my tuition?
Tuition can be paid at the Office of Student Accounts or online.
Where is Student Accounts (sometimes called the Bursar?s Office) located?
The Office of Student Accounts is located on the ground floor in Stewart Hall, next to the Mountainlair.
Where do I pay my parking tickets?
Parking tickets can be paid online at www.parking.wvu.edu, by telephone (304-293-5502) or at the Evansdale office located at 3040 University Ave.
Where can I park on the downtown campus?
Parking is available on the 2nd floor of the Mountainlair parking garage. Enter from Campus Drive. You can also find parking at metered spaces or lots around the downtown campus.
Mountain Line Bus inquiries?
Mountain Line Bus schedules are located at the Information Desk, online at www.busride.org, or by calling 304-291-7433.
Where can I get my ID card replaced?
There are two locations for the Mountaineer Card office:
Bennett Tower ? Located at G-118 on the ground floor. They are open 8:30 a.m. ? 4:30 p.m.
Mountainlair ? Located on the first floor. They are open 12:30 p.m. ? 4:30 p.m.
I lost something where do I go?
Mountainlair?s Lost & Found is located at the Information Desk and in the Administrative Office.
Where is Admissions and Records located?
Admissions and Records is located just below the Mountainlair, at the corner of University Ave. and Hough St, directly across from Wise?s Library. Their address is 1501 University Ave.
Where is Financial Aid located?
Financial Aid is located on the 2nd floor of the Mountainlair, directly across from the elevators.
